Dear Hiring Manager,
User experience is the new brand identity, and my work at ReBounZ is proof. I designed and delivered a design system adopted across six products while improving task completion rates by 27%. Cyann's commitment to user-centric design aligns perfectly with how I approach every project.
At ReBounZ, I conducted user research with 32 participants and translated findings into wireframes that satisfied both users and stakeholders. The design system I created has reduced onboarding friction and established a consistent language across our applications.
