Dear Hiring Manager,
Every student deserves access to inspiring literature and clear communication skills. At Perham Education Partnership, I developed curriculum that improved student attainment by 20% and engaged even the most reluctant readers. Having previously supported this trust as a teaching assistant, I know the culture and community already.
My experience managing a class of 30 Year 10 students taught me how to balance high expectations with compassionate support. I implemented differentiated learning strategies that kept below-grade-level readers on track while challenging higher-attainers with extension tasks.
Collaboration with parents and guardians is a priority for me. I run regular workshops to equip families with strategies for supporting literacy at home, and the positive feedback has strengthened our home-school partnerships.
