Dear Hiring Manager,
Business development is about opening the right doors, and I have consistently done that for high-growth firms. At Blue Legal, I expanded our client portfolio from 20 to 45 accounts while keeping annual revenue churn below 5%. Now I want to bring that same focus on sustainable pipeline growth to RECRIVIO.
My experience marrying account management with strategic prospecting has driven results: I generated £2.4M in new revenue against a £1.8M quota and secured retainers with three top-10 UK firms. Salesforce dashboards became second nature, allowing me to forecast accurately and coach my junior reps on pipeline hygiene.
RECRIVIO's mission to support remote-first teams aligns with my belief that modern work requires both deep client empathy and rigorous data analysis. I am comfortable running discovery sprints with enterprise clients as well as building the enablement resources that keep our SDRs sharp.
The next chapter of my career will focus on expanding a territory thoughtfully, not just chasing numbers. I am excited about the chance to deepen RECRIVIO's foothold in London and beyond while keeping the customer experience respectful and consultative.
