You may use JobsChat.ai for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access it by unauthorized means.
Any content you upload or provide (including CVs/resumes, cover letters, and messages) remains your property.
You grant JobsChat.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and process your content solely to operate, provide, and improve the service. This includes actions you request such as scanning, extracting text, converting formats, generating documents, tailoring CVs/cover letters, and making outputs available for re-download during the retention period.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and use the content you provide and that it does not violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights.
Uploaded documents and documents generated or modified by JobsChat.ai are stored to provide the service. By default, these documents are automatically deleted after 30 days.
You can request immediate deletion within the chat by instructing JobsChat.ai to delete a specific document (for example: “delete my CV” or “delete the cover letter”).
If JobsChat.ai provides a download link for a document, treat it as sensitive. Anyone with the link may be able to access the file until it is deleted or the link expires.
All trademarks, logos, and site content (excluding your content) are owned by JobsChat LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute these without permission.
JobsChat.ai may generate, modify, or suggest content (including CVs/resumes and cover letters). AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not appropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before using it, submitting it, or relying on it.
JobsChat.ai does not guarantee interview callbacks, hiring outcomes, or compatibility with any specific applicant tracking system (ATS). We also do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of job listings, since listings may change or expire.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall JobsChat LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service.
JobsChat.ai may be accessible through third-party platforms (for example, as a ChatGPT App via MCP). Your use of the service through a third-party platform may also be subject to that platform’s terms and policies. JobsChat.ai is an independent service provider and processes data it receives to provide the requested service as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms at any time. We’ll notify you by posting the new Terms on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
